     This complex has some great common areas and all the units have lot and garage parking. 1205 has 24 hour security and full time management staff office on the first floor. The common areas for moderately priced condos are second to none in New Orleans. That is why these would make great second homes and great homes for medical student and students.

       The common areas are well taken care of. They include a courtyard and pool next to a large meeting room. The lobby is really nice. There is a large laundry room and waiting areas since the units do not have their own washer and dryers. The gym is second to none.       The location is great as you can hop onto the expressway several blocks away. You can hop on the street car with 50 yards of the front door. You can walk past at least 10 places to eat and drink great New Orleans food with 10 blocks of 1205 St. Charles.


      The cheapest 2 bedroom unit on St. Charles Avenue looking over the Streetcar line from the second floor of the unit. The Master bedroom is large with two windows. The second bedroom or office has one window. The living room has one window and an open kitchen. There are no carpet with all the rooms having wood floors.

     All the assessment in 2017 and 2018 are gone. All the windows have been replaced in the building along with the electrical panels in each condo unit.
