Magazine Place Condos are in a great location in the New Orleans Warehouse District. Great corner of Julia Street and Magazine. It is in the center of the Warehouse District. Most all the units have lot and garage parking. I know of only one unit that does not have parking. The 57 units are in the complex that was converted into condos in 2004 in a building that was built in 1910.
Most of the units have street views, high ceilings, warehouse style windows. The elevator is near the end of the interior courtyard. The front gate is secure and entered via code. The large gym is on the first floor of the complex.
