The price reduction makes this the best one bedroom with parking in the Warehouse District. Having windows overlooking Magazine on the corner of the building is a big plus. All wood floors, high ceilings, recent updates, natural light, updated kitchen and bath makes this one of the best buys. The value is more than just the square footage. A recent unit sold for 285k in the building and was a little smaller..
The Magazine Place Condos are on the corner of Julia Street and Magazine Street. Several blocks from the World War II Museum and an easy walk to the Convention Center, Outlet Mall and the French Quarter. There are 57 units in the building and almost all have lot and garage parking. Lots of thing to see and do with several blocks of the association.
The #211 overlooks Magazine Street from the very large living room and nice size bedroom. All wood floors, exposed bricks in living room with columns and beams. The unit has a lot of recent updates and feels and looks larger than it is. The 5 windows over look Magazine Street and has a lot of natural light. The unit has a garage parking spot. There is an elevator to all floors.
Always a good idea to have sellers tell you what they have done with the condo when they purchased it. Also list the Pluses that the majority of the buyers like when looking at several places to buy. I had the seller tell me what he did and roughly what did it cost him. This seller did a lot of things to this condo in the last four years.

New Orleans Warehouse District
Magazine Place Condos are in a great location in the New Orleans Warehouse District. Great corner of Julia Street and Magazine. It is in the center of the Warehouse District. Most all the units have lot and garage parking. I know of only one unit that does not have parking. The 57 units are in the complex that was converted into condos in 2004 in a building that was built in 1910.
Most of the units have street views, high ceilings, warehouse style windows. The elevator is near the end of the interior courtyard. The front gate is secure and entered via code. The large gym is on the first floor of the complex.
