    The complex has improved over the last couple of years. The complex has had a number of updates. Many of the units were redone in the building. Almost all have parking in gated lot behind the building. There is 24 hour security by the front door. The GNO management company has taken over managing the complex recently. The are great managers and better than the last manager.

    The location is great and is in a histori neighborhood where you can catch the streetcars outfront. Easy to watch parades across the street. You can easily walk to Magazzine Street from the complex. 

     Super nice courtyard that is bricked. There are two fountains, gardens, chairs and tables and a nice swimming pool. The laundry has been updated at the left end of the building.
