The Krauss Condos were converted into condos in 2008. The six story build was a former department store and storage building. The 233 units in the building were split between sale and rentals until 2015 when the rental units began to be sold in the front of the building.
You are a block away from The French Quarter. Several blocks away from the new University Medical Center, The New VA hosiptal, LSU and Tulane Medical Schools. You overlook the Saenger Theather and the Canal Streetcar line which can take you to the Mississippi River, City Park, and to the end of Canal Street.
The units feature high ceilings. The heights do vary by floor. All units have large warehouse windows. Many of the units have street view but some units have interior views. Lots of elevators and easy parking via Valet Parking or lot under th
