Reviewing the Warehouse District Condos in New Orleans, LA
Let's take a look at the many styles of condos that are in the New Orleans Warehouse District. I will give you some insight into the features of each. Many of the condos were converted from Old Warehouses dating back to about 1900. They will all have different floor plans, designs, feels, and amenities. There will be a few condo associations that were built as condos over the last 25 years. Most will be conversions.
Once you have an idea of what you are looking for I can set you up to receive all the listing daily or weekly that meet your criteria as they come on the market and sell. Once we talk it is easy for me to narrow the choices down fairly quickly to several complexes. Having sold and listed at least on condo per month over the last 10-12 years I have seen a lot and have a feel for what clients are looking for.
Each condo and complex will have its pros and cons. I can give you my opinion of each to see if that is what you are looking for. Just let me know what you are looking for and the feel that you want. It's easy to get your selection down to the top three. Once we see the unit I can tell you if the price is right. It never just about square footage alone.

Lower Garden District Condos in New Orleans
Many my clients have not been able to find what they want in the Warehouse District so I show them things in the next neighborhood. The Lower Garden is an adjacent neighborhood right past the expressway that runs to the Mississippi River Bridge. Many times the condo has matched their needs and they never have regrets. Knowing the other neighborhoods has always been a plus for me.
