Most of the units that face South Peters are one bedroom units. Most of the two bedroom units face Fulton Street. All the units have warehouse windows and open to the atrium courtyard. The units have large living areas with high ceilings. The living areas had wood floors. The two bedroom units have large masters and decent size bathrooms.
The garage has parking for all on the first floor. The 24 hour security is in the lobby. The onsite manager and staff keep the complex in great shape. The common areas include a small gym, large atrium courtyard on the second floor. The rooftop deck and large pool are second to none in the warehouse district. Great views with a sitting area. Grills and ice machines on the deck.
Love the fact that there are few if any hallways. All the units open to the large light filled atrium. There are elevators at each end of the building. The staff does a great job with the plants and foilage in the courtyard and rooftop.
