The 711 Condos are in the middle of the Warehouse District. There are about 20 condos in the complex. There is a garage for parking behind the complex. The units have assigned parking spots. The bottom floor has a couple of commercial units. The building has four stories and many of the units have balconies.
This is an upscale condo association with most of the units being large 2 bedroom units. You get the historic feel in the units with exposed brick walls. The living areas are large with open kitchens. The living areas are on the street side of the building.
You have gas cooking and gas is in the condo fees. Many of the units have been upgraded by the owners over time.
I have sold one in the building several years ago when prices were a lot cheaper than they are now.
