The Rotunda Condos were converted into condos in 2006. There is 68 units in the three floors along with the penthouses on the top floor with the courtyard. The common areas include a fitness gym on the first floor, a meeting room on the rooftop deck and a great rooftop courtyard.
The units are very different from each other in terms of styles,sizes and views. The more expensive units have parking on the first floor. All the units have their own laundry. Galley kitchens are the norm for most of the units.
The one bedroom units tend to be larger than most of the condos on the street. There are several townhouse style units. Some of the units face the street and many face the interior common areas.
The first floor is garage parking, Emeril's, RBC managemnent office, lobby, and gym.
