The Union Lofts are 33 newer condo units in downtown New Orleans between Perdido Street and Union Street. This is four blocks from the French Quarter and on the St. Charles Streetcar line. It's an easy walk to the French Quarter and the rest of the Warehouse District. If there is one negative is that parking is an issue. No parking with the association but rental parking is available around the complex.
The units have that classic modern feel and are open floor plans giving them a bigger feel than the sq. ft. indicates. The one bedrooms are large for the Warehouse District and the two bedroom are average size. The developer units come furnished with a modern feel.
The Rooftop deck has an open outdoor kitchen and hot tub. A great area to view the city day or night. There is a nice fitness center. The condo fees cover insurance, upkeep, water and maintenance of the building. You pay your own electricity. Pets welcome but there will be restrictions.
