The Condos at 835 Julia Street were completed in 2008. It is a small complex of 24 units with commercial space on the first floor. Most of the units have gated parking which is a big plus. Some have storage areas in the parking lot.
The units are mostly larger one bedroom units and some tow bedroom units with sever penthouse unis on the fourth floor. Units have concrete floors, high ceilings and open floor plans. Inside laundry in each unit. Each unit has several windows which allows for natural light and some nice street views.
The area is now being called South Market District. You can walk to the Smoothie Center, Super Dome, and Rouses Supermarket is down the street. The location has been improved drastically in the last couple of years.
You just do not see a lot of available units in the building. It's small and people tend to stay for longer periods of time.
