The feature that sets these units apart from many other units is the concrete floors, concrete beams, and concrete columns in each of the units. The units have high 10' ceilings and most have a large number of windows. Owners have updated and refinished many of the units over the past 7-8 years.
I think I may have sold one of the last one bedroom units in the building 7-8 years ago. I had listed a large 2-3 bedroom unit in which the owner remodeled the entire condo. Not many original looking condos left in this condo association.
